A single dose treatment, it is essential to be administered on a monthly basis. Drontal tablets are flavored which makes them easy to administer. Drontal is made with key ingredients - Praziquantel, Pyrantel pamoate, and Febantel. All these three ingredients work together very effectively in destroying hookworms, roundworms, tapeworms, and whipworms. It also helps in the complete protection from the same for weeks. Drontal is regarded as a top wormer for dogs.

Drontal Puppy Suspension

Drontal Puppy Suspension is an oral wormer that effectively hookworms, roundworms, and whipworms. It contains Pyrantel pamoate and Febantel as its active ingredients. The wormer is indicated for the treatment of puppies up to one year of age.

Instructions To Use Drontal Plus

• Dosage will depend on the bodyweight of your dog.
• Administer the tablet directly into your dog’s mouth or crush and mix it with its food.
• Administer tablets at an interval of two weeks commencing from 2 weeks of age.
• Continue with this monthly treatment until the dog’s age is 6 months.
• Administer Drontal to adults dogs every 3 months.

Dosage:

1 Drontal Flavor Tablet per 10 kg (22 lbs) bodyweight

1 Drontal XL Tablet per 35 kg (77 lbs) bodyweight.

• 0.75– 1.5 kg bodyweight = 0.5 Drontal Flavor Tablet
• 1.5– 3.0 kg bodyweight = 1 Drontal Flavor Tablet
• 3–4.5 kg bodyweight = 1.5 Drontal Flavor Tablet
• 4.5–6 kg bodyweight = 2 Drontal Flavor Tablet

• 0.5–5 kg bodyweight = 0.5 Drontal Flavor Tablet
• 5–10 kg bodyweight = 1 Drontal Flavor Tablet
• For Medium breed
• 11–20 kg bodyweight = 2 Drontal Flavor Tablet
• 21–30 kg bodyweight = 3 Drontal Flavor Tablet
• For Large breed
• 21–30 kg bodyweight = 3 Drontal Flavor Tablet
• 31–40 kg bodyweight = 4 Drontal Flavor Tablet

Drontal XL Flavor Tablets for Large Dogs

• 20 - 35 kg bodyweight = 1 tablet Drontal XL
• 36 - 52 kg bodyweight = 1.5 Drontal XL Tablets
• 53 - 70 kg bodyweight = 2 Drontal XL Tablets
• 71 - 87 kg bodyweight = 2.5 Drontal XL Tablets
• Over 87 kg bodyweight = 3 Drontal XL Tablets

• Not safe for puppies less than 2 weeks of age.
• Unsuitable for dogs allergic to the ingredients of Drontal.
• Do not overdose your dog.
