Shipping Cost:
We offer free shipping on all orders across the USA, irrespective of the size of the order and shipping location. We also offer tracked shipping at a nominal cost of $6.49.
Dispatch Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders received on a public holiday/weekends are dispatched on the next working day.

Customers can check the status of their orders by logging into their accounts or by calling us at our toll-free number 1-888-860-3208 between Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm CST. Users can also send an email to us at support@bestvetcare.com to get help with the status of their orders.
Tracking details of orders are available after 48 to 72 hours of shipping the mail.
Delivery Time:
Most orders are delivered within 10-15 working days. If a user does not receive the order within 28 working days from shipping, we offer a refund or a reship the order unless the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Shipping may take longer during the holiday season due to the high volume of orders. We request users to place their orders ahead of time to avoid delays. In the case of incorrect or invalid address, we will not be able to provide a refund or reship the order.
Also, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship the order if the shipping company provides us with proof of delivery. Once delivered to the address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.
If a user receives the original shipment after we have reshipped or refunded for the original order, we request users to contact us at our toll-free number 1-888-860-3208 or email us at support@bestvetcare.com to arrange the return.
Failing to return the product within five days, will incur an automatic charge. In case a user wants to keep the second order too, they need to let us know, so that further procedures can take place.
