Dermcare Otoflush is a pH-neutral convenient-to-use ear cleaner for dogs. This ear flush helps clean the ear canal by removing wax, debris and exudate. It reduces microbial infections (bacteria and yeast)in the canine ears.

Otoflush works as an ideal pre-treatment ear flush and can be useful when used as a pre-treatment to enhance the penetration of antibiotics. It also increases the bacterial susceptibility to regular ear treatments and thus promoting quicker recovery from ear diseases. This buffered solution for dogs cleans without stinging even raw ulcerated ears.

How it works?

Otoflush for dogs is made of Poly(hexamethylene) biguanidine hydrochloride and Disodium edetate. The formula works by relieving wax, dirt, exudate and other impurities from the ear canal without causing discomfort.  This solution promotes quicker recovery from ear diseases by improving the penetration of antibiotics and bacterial susceptibility to medicated ear treatments.

Instructions To Use Dermcare Otoflush Ear Flush for Dogs

• Remove the cap of the flush nozzle and carefully insert the nozzle into the ear canal opening.
• Squeeze the container to fill the ear canal and gently massage the ear.
• Let the dog shake their head to remove excessive liquid and debris out and wipe out debris and liquid with a clean cotton.
• Repeat this procedure until the liquid coming out of the ear is clean.
• For maintenance cleaning, repeat this process once every week.
• Consult a vet before using in conjunction with an antibiotic ear treatment,
• In case of an active ear infection, use in conjunction with an antibiotic treatment.
• When using with an antibiotic ear treatment, repeat this process twice a day for a maximum of one week or as recommended by the vet.
• Use as per vet indications in Canine Otitis Externa where the ear drum is ruptured.

Dosing:

• Small breed dogs - 0.5ml (approx.)
• Large breed dogs - 1.5ml (approx.)

• For dog use only.
• Do not use in excess of the recommended dose.
• Extended daily use may cause tissue overhydration and may retard healing of the tympanic membrane.
• It is recommended to determine ear drum status before using if possible and treat Otitis Media if required.
• Store below 30°C, at room temperature. Store upright in a dry, safe place.
• Wash hands after use.
• Keep away from the reach of children, pets and uninformed people.
• Dispose of empty containers by wrapping in paper and placing in the garbage.
